You\u2019re really embarrassed to speak because you notice it,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/dr-pimple-popper-sandra-lee-reveals-she-had-a-stroke-exclusive-11949147\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">she told the outlet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt happened while I was filming the show,\u201d Lee recalled, adding: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had what I thought was a hot flash. I got super sweaty and didn\u2019t feel like myself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just felt very restless. Others watch it like it\u2019s a scary movie or a roller coaster,\u201d she continue, adding<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not a natural pop-aholic [a term for someone who loves watching extractions].
