Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo tied the knot in 2016<\/p>\n
\nThe podcast host has been married to music star Jelly Roll since 2016, and she’s opened up about their romance, acknowledging that laughter is key to a long-term relationship.<\/p>\n
\nAsked how to win a girl’s heart if you’re not blessed with good looks, Bunnie told Playboy: “Make a woman laugh. Looks are not everything. <\/p>\n
\n“I\u2019ve never dated a man for their looks. I\u2019ve always dated a man for how he made me feel. <\/p>\n
\n“If a woman is only dating you for your looks, you need to find another woman, because looks fade, especially when you get older. If you\u2019re going to grow old with somebody, not everybody\u2019s going to be hot when they\u2019re old.”<\/p>\n
\nEarlier this year, Jelly Roll credited Bunnie with saving his life, following his success at the Grammys.<\/p>\n
\nThe music star delivered a heartfelt speech after receiving the award for Best Contemporary Country Album for Beautifully Broken.<\/p>\n
\nThe singer told the crowd at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles: “They’re going to try to kick me off here, so just let me try to get this out…<\/p>\n
\n“First of all, Jesus, I hear you, and I’m listening. Lord, I am listening. Lord.<\/p>\n
\n“Second of all, I want to thank my beautiful wife. I would have never changed my life without you. I would have ended up dead or in jail. I would have killed myself if it wasn’t for you and Jesus. I thank you for that.”<\/p>\n
\nJelly Roll also opened up about the experiences that inspired his hit record.<\/p>\n
\nThe singer – who spent time in and out of jail during his younger years – said: “There was a time in my life, y’all, that I was broken. That’s why I wrote this album. I didn’t think I had a chance, y’all. There was days that I thought the darkest things. I was a horrible human.”<\/p>\n
