\t\t<\/p>\n Paramount has shared the terrifying trailer for highly-anticipated horror movie Passenger<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n The upcoming film from director Andr\u00e9 \u00d8vredal<\/strong> (The Autopsy of Jane Doe<\/em>, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark<\/em>) has gotten a lot of buzz in recent months thanks to the chilling teaser that\u2019s been playing frequently in theaters.<\/p>\n Now horror fans are getting a longer look at the film, which follows a young couple after they witness a gruesome highway accident.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThey soon realize they did not leave the crash scene alone, as a demonic presence called the Passenger that won\u2019t stop until it claims them both turns their van life adventure into a nightmare,\u201d reads the logline shared by Paramount.<\/p>\n New footage in the trailer shows the couple examining their car and noticing three strange scratches on the side. A woman warns them that \u201cno one outruns the Passenger.\u201d Other creepy moments include the couple finding a field of what appears to be dead bodies, a garbled voice coming from the radio, and lots of brutal attacks.<\/p>\n Jacob Scipio<\/strong>, Lou Llobell<\/strong>, and Melissa Leo<\/strong> star.<\/p>\n Paramount also shared a chilling poster that has the tagline: \u201c130 million people take road trips every year. 15,400 of them are never seen again.\u201d<\/p>\n Passenger<\/em> has not yet been rated. It will be released in theaters on May 22.<\/p>\n \n
