Neymar<\/strong> is issuing a public apology to his pregnant girlfriend, Bruna Biancardi<\/strong>, amid speculation that he was unfaithful.<\/p>\n The soccer star, 31, shared the message of atonement to Biancardi, 29, via Instagram <\/a>on Wednesday, June 21, in Portuguese. Translated to English, the note began: \u201cI do this for both of you and your family. Justify the unjustifiable. No need to. But I need you in OUR lives.\u201d<\/p>\n The Brazil native continued: \u201cI saw how much you were exposed, how much you suffered with all of this and how much you want to be by my side. And I stand beside you<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n Neymar went on to say that he did \u201cwrong\u201d and that his actions affected \u201cone of the most special people in my life,\u201d describing the model as \u201cthe woman I dreamed of following beside me, mother of my child.\u201d<\/p>\n While the Paris Saint-Germain forward acknowledged that he \u201calready apologized\u201d for his \u201cmistakes\u201d and the resulting \u201cunnecessary exposure,\u201d he felt the need to publicly apologize as well. \u201cIf a private matter has become public, the apology has to be public,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n The athlete concluded his message by stating that he doesn\u2019t \u201cknow if we\u2019ll work out,\u201d but wants to \u201ctry\u201d and fix the relationship. \u201cOur purpose will prevail, our love for our baby will win, our love for each other<\/a> will make us stronger. I love you \u2764\ufe0f,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n Neymar\u2019s apology comes just days after influencer Fernanda Campos<\/strong> claimed in a Sunday, June 18, interview with Metr\u00f3poles<\/a> that she began a correspondence with the Olympic athlete in November 2022 and spent a night with him earlier this month. The blogger also claimed that she wasn\u2019t aware that Neymar was in a relationship, telling the outlet, \u201cIt was ugly that he omitted that part.<\/p>\n Two months prior to the alleged cheating scandal, Neymar and Biancardi \u2014 who debuted their romance in April 2022 \u2014 announced that they are expecting<\/a> their first child together.
