Offset <\/b><\/a>has returned to the stage for the first time since he was shot.<\/p>\n

\u201cREAL LOVE \u2764\ufe0f<\/span>,\u201d Offset, 34, wrote via Instagram<\/span><\/a> on Saturday, April 11, sharing footage from his onstage return during a concert at the University of Arkansas that night.<\/p>\n

During the show, the rapper rose from a wheelchair to thunderous applause before performing his biggest hits for those in attendance. He wore a skeleton mask over his face for the duration of the set.<\/p>\n

News broke on Monday, April 6, that Offset (real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus) was shot <\/span><\/a>near the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida. He did not sustain any life-threatening injuries as a result of the shooting, according to police officers on the scene.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are aware of an incident that occurred at a valet area after 7 p.m. Monday outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood that resulted in non-life threatening injuries to an individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood,\u201d a police spokesperson said in a statement at the time. \u201cSeminole Police were on site immediately and the situation was contained quickly. Two individuals have been detained by police. The investigation is ongoing. The site is secure and there is no threat to the public. Operations continue as normal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Offset was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for his injuries. He was discharged less than one week later.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is up and walking,\u201d a rep for the musician told Us Weekly<\/i><\/span><\/a> <\/i>on Friday, April 10. \u201cWe\u2019re incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses, and the entire hospital staff who took such great care of him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Offset broke his silence that same day.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you to everyone who checked in on me and showed me love,\u201d the Migos member wrote in an Instagram<\/span><\/a> statement. \u201cI\u2019m good, but I\u2019m planning to be better!\u201d<\/p>\n
