No matter what was shown on TV, Shawn Booth<\/span><\/a><\/strong> can confidently say there\u2019s no more beef with Nick Viall<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, not anymore. We were [beefing]. That was real,\u201d Booth, 38, shared on the April 2 episode of the \u201cTomi Lahren Is Fearless<\/span><\/a>\u201d podcast. \u201cIt was also very exaggerated, but it was real on the show. But then once you get off the show, you can\u2019t tell what is real and what\u2019s not real from what the producers are telling you, from what these people are telling you, from what this person is telling you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Both Viall, 45, and Booth appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/strong>\u2019s season of The Bachelorette<\/i><\/span><\/a> in 2015.<\/p>\n

While the finale ended with Booth and Bristowe, 40, engaged, the pair split in 2018.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTaylor Hill\/WireImage Kaitlyn Bristowe reflected on her season of The Bachelorette nine years after it premiered in 2015 \u00ad\u2014 and her relationship with ex-fianc\u00e9 Shawn Booth. \u201cI still like to think of my season and the relationship that came out of it \u2014 it was somewhat of a success,\u201d Bristowe, 39, shared during the \u201cBachelor [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve heard from her a couple of times from the past 10 years,\u201d Booth told podcast host Tomi Lahren<\/strong>. \u201cWe both live in Nashville, and I ran into her maybe once in the same place.\u201d<\/p>\n

To this day, Booth remembers fan sentiment surrounding Bristowe\u2019s season of The Bachelorette<\/i>. At the time, he thought he was being the \u201chero who stole this girl from this evil guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery time I turn the corner, this producer is talking negatively about Nick,\u201d he claimed. \u201cI go to the airport, people are like, \u2018You really gotta make sure, you\u2019re gonna be Captain America, and he\u2019s so bad.\u2019 It\u2019s, like, everywhere you turn. You don\u2019t know what\u2019s up and what\u2019s down.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now that the cameras have been far away from Booth\u2019s life, the personal trainer and owner of BC Block Nashville has a different perspective on some things.<\/p>\n

\u201cLooking back on it, it was definitely a lot more exaggerated than what it was,\u201d he shared. \u201cBut it was a real beef on the show. I was trying to \u2018protect my girl\u2019 at the time. I didn\u2019t think he was there for the \u2018right reasons.’\u201d<\/p>\n
