John Travolta<\/strong><\/a> celebrated his 26-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu \u2014 whom he shared with the late Kelly Preston<\/strong> \u2014 after she walked the red carpet at an event.<\/p>\n

Travolta, 72, took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 8, to gush over Ella Bleu attending the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards in Los Angeles, writing, \u201cSo proud of my baby girl@ella.bleu at the 2026 fashion US awards pink carpet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actor also announced that Ella Bleu<\/a> would be in his upcoming directorial debut, Propeller One-Way Night Coach<\/em>. Ella Bleu, for her part, previously gave her father a shout-out after the film was confirmed to be premiering at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo very honored and excited. Thank you @festivaldecannes \u2764\ufe0f incredibly proud of you and this film, @johntravolta \ud83d\ude4f,\u201d Ella Bleu captioned a post on Wednesday, which included a black-and-white photo of Travolta sitting in the director\u2019s chair on the set of the movie.<\/p>\n

In addition to Ella, Preston and Travolta also shared son Benjamin, 15, and son Jett, who died at age 16 while on vacation with his family in 2009. Preston died at age 57 in 2020, two years after she was diagnosed with breast cancer.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many,\u201d Travolta wrote via Instagram while announcing Preston\u2019s death. \u201cForgive me in advance if you don\u2019t hear from us for a while. But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal.\u201d<\/p>\n

A source told Us Weekly at the time that Preston was \u201cthe heart and soul who kept the family united\u201d and that she and John were \u201ctrue partners.\u201d Travolta has continued to celebrate Preston\u2019s memory on her birthday and Mother\u2019s Day in the years since.<\/p>\n

Travolta later opened up about the candid conversations he\u2019s had<\/a> with son Benjamin about loss.<\/p>\n

\u201cBen, you always love the truth and I\u2019m going to tell you the truth about life. Nobody knows when they\u2019re gonna go or when they\u2019re going to stay,\u201d Travolta told Kevin Hart during an interview in 2021. \u201cYour brother [Jett] left at 16. Too young. Your mother left at 57. That was too young. But who\u2019s to say? I could die tomorrow. You could. Anybody can.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cSo, let\u2019s look at it like it\u2019s part of life. You don\u2019t know exactly. You just do your best at trying to live the longest you can.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ella Bleu, meanwhile, honored her mother with her debut EP, Colors of Love<\/em>.<\/p>\n
