Then in present time they were chasing a suspect when the dog is badly stabbed. The blade ultimately damaged several nerves controlling the movement in his hind legs, which made the vet work that he won\u2019t be able to walk again.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/kyle-schmid-says-wife-caity-could-join-ncis-origins-as-love-interest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The episode ended<\/a> with scenes from Gary\u2019s induction ceremony vs. his retirement, which he got up to get his medal recognizing his courage and valor. Comet, the lovable golden retriever on\u00a0Full House, become one of the most iconic TV pets though he is far from the only animal companion the sitcom cast worked with on set. While the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>NCIS: Origins<\/em>, which premiered in October 2024, follows a young Gibbs \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/pictures\/how-ncis-characters-compare-to-their-ncis-origins-counterparts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a role originated by <strong>Mark Harmon<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 years prior to the events of <em>NCIS<\/em>. The new series picks up less than a year after Gibbs\u2019 wife and daughter were killed.
