Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/a><\/strong> has never been one to shy away from sharing details about her cosmetic journey.<\/p>\n

Through the years, the former Bachelorette has pulled back the curtain on what these procedures look like and shared candid recovery updates with her followers. She has also been open about criticism she has received about her appearance.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone\u2019s like stop doing stuff to your face,\u201d Bristowe said via her Instagram Story in 2024 while showing off a new skin treatment. \u201cI will never. I love skincare. I love having bright, tight, glowy skin. I love it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her Breast Augmentation<\/h2>\n

Kaitlyn Bristowe revealed her plans for a breast augmentation in May 2025. \u201cNew boob goofin,\u201d Bristowe wrote alongside the Instagram announcement at the time. \u201cDon\u2019t worry IBTC I may not be the CEO anymore but definitely still part of the club.\u201d<\/p>\n

Three months later, Bristowe shared tips for followers considering the procedure. When asked to provide input, Bristowe said during an Instagram Q&A, \u201cMake sure you trust your Dr and give him a pic to look at while he does them.\u201d<\/p>\n

The next year, Bristowe posted never-before-seen photos<\/a> from her breast augmentation recovery. \u201cHappy 1st birthday boobies!!!! Open to any and all questions. Will go through and answer on my podcast. WARNING. Don\u2019t look at last pic if you don\u2019t wanna see open under boob with drains,\u201d she wrote via Instagram in April 2026.<\/p>\n

Her Eyelid Surgery<\/h2>\n

Kaitlyn Bristowe underwent an upper blepharoplasty, a cosmetic surgery that helps remove excess skin around the eyes, in 2024. She gave fans a candid look at her eyes<\/a> after the procedure via Instagram at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t be ridiculous Andrea, everyone wants to look like this,\u201d Bristowe wrote at the time, alongside a selfie from her recovery.<\/p>\n

In January 2025, Bristowe opened up about her decision to get the procedure while also sharing that her dog \u201cclawed\u201d her stitches.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried to over correct it by doing Botox but I got too much bad Botox and it actually drooped my lid even more,\u201d she explained, adding that she\u2019s had lip filler, cheek filler and bonded some of her teeth in the past. \u201cI haven\u2019t touched my cheeks in years though.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cI wanted to tone down the Botox so I figured that getting a bleph would help me open that eye without getting all the Botox,\u201d Bristowe continued. \u201cThis was my first \u2018plastic surgery\u2019 where I did go \u2018under the knife.\u2019 I got a little bit of my lid skin removed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bristowe shared that she felt \u201czero pain\u201d during the surgery and said the \u201cscarring is healing nicely.\u201d<\/p>\n

Filler in Her Lips<\/h2>\n

In 2021, Kaitlyn Bristowe addressed a post via X that claimed she looked \u201cdifferent\u201d since she appeared on The Bachelor.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cSix years since I was on the show, brow lift, brow microblading, got my teeth bonded, some filler in my lips, aging, darker hair and I finally learned how to contour,\u201d she wrote at the time. \u201cOh, and I put on some weight.\u201d<\/p>\n
