Like most journalists in the NFL, reporters interact with sources away from stadiums and other venues,\u201d Russini told the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese photos show a completely innocent interaction and any suggestion otherwise is laughable,\u201d Vrabel told the New York Post on Tuesday, April 7. \u201cThis doesn\u2019t deserve any further response.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Russini\u2019s employer, The Athletic, also sounded off on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Russinni\u2019s name is familiar to NFL fans due to her many years in the <\/p>\n<p>She joined <em>SportsCenter<\/em> in 2015 and has appeared on ESPN\u2019s popular <em>NFL Countdown<\/em> and <em>NFL Live<\/em> shows.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DW2u0lBlD6O\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>In more recent years, Russinni switched over to print coverage in podcasts.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, she joined The Athletic, which was later acquired by the <em>Times<\/em> and she hosts the outlet\u2019s \u201cScoop City: Inside the NFL\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n<p>Vrabel, of course, is a former linebacker who now serves as head coach for the New England Patriots.<\/p>\n<p>He led the team to an AFC Championship in his first year on the job.
