Find out more!<\/a><\/p>\n Matt Damon<\/strong> will host, and Noah Kahan<\/strong> will be the musical guest on the May 9 episode. Noah <\/strong>is releasing his new album, The Great Divide<\/em>, on April 24.<\/p>\n And for the season finale, Will Ferrell<\/strong> will host for the sixth time and Paul McCartney<\/strong> will make his fifth appearance as the musical guest.
