The winners of the Washington, DC, Heated Rivalry<\/strong><\/a> <\/em>lookalike contest last weekend went from making out on stage to going on a date! <\/p>\n Felix Eller<\/strong> won the Ilya category, and after the top two Shanes kissed Felix<\/strong> to declare the winner, Aram Matagi<\/strong> came out with the win. <\/p>\n Apparently the kiss was so good that they even went out on a coffee date together, which ended up being eight hours long! <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cDate one was really good!\u201d Aram <\/strong>shared with the contest\u2019s co-host Lucy In Love<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cIt was really lowkey, just maple chais at coffee shop in DC, but Felix <\/strong>was very easy to talk to. We mostly just got to know about each other and figured out we had a lot more in common than either of us really anticipated.\u201d <\/p>\n He even teased that they\u2019re planning on going on a second date! <\/p>\n \u201cOh yeah, date two is officially on the schedule,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019re going together to a Washington Nationals game this weekend. We won the tickets from the competition so I\u2019m looking forward to another fun date and also to support DC\u2019s home town MLB team!\u201d<\/p>\n In another interview with Out<\/a><\/em>, Felix<\/strong> dished about his first date with Aram<\/strong>. <\/p>\n \u201cI think we were together for eight hours by the end of the date. It honestly was perfect!\u201d he shared. \u201cAt the cafe, this woman comes up with a brownie and a cookie. She was at the contest and wanted to give us desserts! She was a fan and excited we were hanging out. That was really cool and special.\u201d<\/p>\n Felix <\/strong>even has other ideas for more dates. <\/p>\n \u201cWe can do whatever! We can do what\u2019s best for us. After he asked for my number, we decided to go to a Nationals game on Saturday. I think going to a queer picnic could be perfect and really special,\u201d he told Out<\/em>, with Aram <\/strong>adding, \u201cI am a big proponent of the outdoors. I would love to just go on a hike and go camping somewhere. I feel like being isolated from the world with somebody else is the best way to get to know them. There\u2019s so much in common, it\u2019s scaring me.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThere is no way to mentally prepare for videos or tweets talking about your dating life, especially while it is happening in real time. The \u2018hope-core\u2019 aspect of it is very sweet, I think that\u2019s what people are so excited about,\u201d Felix<\/strong> told Lucy<\/strong>. \u201cOne comment said \u2018for a minute it felt like everything was going to be okay.\u2019 Aram<\/strong> and I talked about that too, meeting each other and spending time with each other was so easy and natural\u2026 and dating didn\u2019t seem so scary or hard anymore.
