Three of her kids\u2019 friends were also in the car.<\/p>\n<p>It took multiple ambulances to take everyone to the hospital afterwards. They are likely not public figures.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, we do not know the extent of the injuries involved.<\/p>\n<p>For those with the means to do so, getting checked over medically is a smart move after a collision. Sometimes, there are minor or difficult-to-detect injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Their rides to the hospital could have been precautionary. Spelling isn\u2019t really one of them. Her troubles tend to take <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/11\/tori-spelling-dean-mcdermott-7-figure-debts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">financial<\/a> form.<\/p>\n<p>So, at this time, there are no indications that she is at fault.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, vehicular collisions are unavoidable, or happen due to third parties who are not in a car. It is fortunate that Spelling reportedly responded appropriately, minimizing the harm to her passengers.<\/p>\n<p>Speeding not only reduces a driver\u2019s control, but also makes any collision more dangerous \u2014 and more potentially deadly.<\/p>\n<p>However, this is not yet the official determination of investigators. Fault in a car crash is not always easy to determine, legally.
