Blake Lively<\/strong> is speaking out.<\/p>\n Following the news that sexual harassment claims against Justin Baldoni <\/strong>were dropped from her lawsuit by a judge<\/a>, the It Ends With Us<\/em> actress issued a full statement on her Instagram story on Friday (April 3) ahead of the trial.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m grateful for the Court\u2019s ruling which allows the heart of my case to be presented to a jury next month, and for the ability to finally tell my story in full at trial, for my own sake, but also for those who don\u2019t have the same opportunity to\u2026 many of whom I have known and loved deeply in my life, and the countless I\u2019ll never know,\u201d she began.<\/p>\n \u201cThe last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit, but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continue to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others. He allowed three allegations to proceed to a trial, including claims of breach of contract, retaliation and aiding and abetting in retaliation.<\/p>\n Judge Liman<\/strong> ruled that Blake<\/strong> could not bring a sexual harassment claim under federal law because she was an independent contractor, Variety<\/a><\/em> reports.
