My thoughts are with my Filo family. I love you all and sending my love! She was an absolute star!\u201d RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race Down Under\u2019s Hannah Conda wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDevastating! Sending all my love to everyone involved,\u201d RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race: UK vs. the World winner, Blue Hydrangea added.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of the drag community, Misua was known as Jason Elvie Ty. Her family honored her memory in their own social media post:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJayson was our dearly loved son, brother, friend, mentor, and most of all, Jayson is a star. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and close friends,\u201d the family wrote.<\/p>\n<p>No cause of death has been revealed at this juncture.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/02\/maxi-shield-cause-of-death-rupauls-drag-race-star-was-51\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Misua is not the first member of the <em>Drag Race<\/em> family to pass away <\/a>in recent months.<\/p>\n<p>Our thoughts go out to Misua\u2019s loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
