Jen Shah<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about life post-prison.<\/p>\n The 52-year-old former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/strong><\/a><\/em> star was released from prison in December 2025 after serving 2 years, 9 months, and 23 days after being found guilty of running a telemarketing fraud scheme.<\/p>\n In a new interview, Jen<\/strong> revealed that there\u2019s only one RHOSLC <\/em>co-star that she\u2019s still in contact with.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>Jen<\/strong> told People<\/a><\/em> that she has only remained in contact with Meredith Marks<\/strong><\/a> while she was away, calling her a \u201cgood friend.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cMeredith has been somebody that has been consistent throughout this whole journey,\u201d Jen<\/strong> said, noting that Meredith<\/strong> and her husband Seth Marks<\/strong> also stayed in contact with her husband Sharrieff \u201cCoach\u201d Shah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cWhile I was gone, she and Seth would reach out to Coach and just check in and send their love,\u201d Jen<\/strong> shared. \u201cSo yeah, we\u2019ve talked. I called her while I was gone and I spoke with her when I got home.\u201d <\/p>\n Jen <\/strong>also said that she privately reached out to Mary Cosby <\/strong>following the death of her 23-year-old son Robert Jr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cI felt like that was the respectful thing to do, so I mailed her a card and just told her how deeply sorry that I was to hear about the passing of Robert Jr., and that she\u2019s in my family\u2019s prayers every day,\u201d Jen<\/strong> shared.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted to write to her and let her know that even though I hadn\u2019t talked to her obviously for a few years while I\u2019ve been gone, that I care about her, especially with right now, what she\u2019s going through,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd I chose to reach out privately because I didn\u2019t want it to be a distraction. \u2026 I wanted it to remain about what Mary was going through and about her son and honoring his memory.\u201d <\/p>\n While she hasn\u2019t stayed in contact with her other former co-stars, Jen<\/strong> believes that she\u2019ll be able to re-connect with them one day in the future.<\/p>\n \u201cGosh, it\u2019s so funny when you go through something like this that puts things in perspective: I don\u2019t even remember where we ended or the fights or whatever,\u201d Jen said. \u201cLisa Barlow<\/strong> is somebody that I\u2019m sure I could pick up where I left off with her and talk to her.\u201d <\/p>\n When asked if she\u2019s hopeful the other ladies \u2013 Whitney Rose<\/strong>, Angie Katsanevas<\/strong>, and Heather Gay<\/strong> \u2013 would be open to hearing from her, Jen<\/strong> said, \u201cI would hope so.
