Donald Trump<\/strong> seemingly didn\u2019t mince his words when he informed Pam Bondi<\/strong> that she was fired. <\/p>\n News that Bondi <\/strong>was out as attorney general<\/a> broke Thursday (April 2). However, a new report revealed that the 79-year-old president informed her of her removal from the post, which she was confirmed to in February 2025, the day prior. <\/p>\n According to sources close to Bondi<\/strong>, he broke the news to her in four words as they were headed to the Supreme Court. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Wall Street Journal<\/a><\/em> reported that Trump<\/strong> signaled to Bondi<\/strong> she was fired by telling her, \u201cI think it\u2019s time.\u201d <\/p>\n Her initial response was reportedly to seek more time in the role. She allegedly asked the president if she could work up to the summer, but Trump<\/strong> did not agree.<\/p>\n The outlet reported that Bondi<\/strong>\u2018s tenure as attorney general had been at risk since the start of the year.
