Taylor Frankie Paul<\/strong><\/a> returned to Instagram for the first time after ABC canceled her season of The Bachelorette<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/em><\/a> star, 31, shared a video<\/a> of her practicing the piano on Sunday, March 29, just over a week after ABC pulled the plug on the reality dating competition\u2019s 22nd season.<\/p>\n \u201cI was just playing around and found I kinda like this,\u201d Taylor wrote over the video, in which she can be seen turned away from the camera and wearing a hoodie.<\/p>\n Taylor captioned the post, \u201cI learned this today for no reason.. I think I have a real future in piano.\u201d<\/p>\n ABC decided against<\/a> airing the latest season of The Bachelorette<\/em> starring Taylor after TMZ published footage of a 2023 domestic violence incident<\/a> involving the reality star and her ex, Dakota Mortensen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cIn light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette<\/em> at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family,\u201d a Disney Entertainment Television spokesperson told Us Weekly<\/em> on March 19.<\/p>\n The footage published by TMZ stems from a February 2023 domestic violence incident in which Taylor appeared to throw barstools at Dakota, 33, in the presence of her young child. Taylor shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Tate Paul<\/strong> and son Ever, 2, with Dakota.<\/p>\n \u201cTaylor is very grateful for ABC\u2019s support as she prioritizes her family\u2019s safety and security,\u201d a spokesperson for the Bachelorette<\/em> star told Us in a March 19 statement. \u201cAfter years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse as well as threats of retaliation, Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser and taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm.\u201d<\/p>\n
