Saying she is \u201cquestioning the timing\u201d of the allegations, the actress, 60, addressed the dispute during an appearance on the Tomi Lahren is Fearless, in comments previewed by People ahead of the episode\u2019s release. <\/p>\n

Cheryl and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. sold the property to Chelsea around five years ago. <\/p>\n

Chelsea recently revisited the purchase while promoting her High and Mighty comedy tour, speaking on Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> Live! and on her Dear Chelsea podcast, where she described ongoing issues with the house that delayed her moving in. <\/p>\n

Cheryl, known for her work on Curb Your Enthusiasm and in Bad Moms, said she had contacted Chelsea after the sale and offered assistance.<\/p>\n

\nShe said: \u201cBecause she bought this house five years ago and she\u2019s just now complaining about it, which is also, I don\u2019t know that she\u2019s getting a lot of sympathy from people. She\u2019s buying a $6 million house. \u201cAnd talking about how she feels duped and that we tried to sell her a house that was, her word, \u2018toxic\u2019, which also doesn\u2019t make sense.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI did write her a personal note when she moved in, just saying how much we love the house. And I hope that she has a beautiful life in this house. And if you need anything, call me. And I left my number.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nCheryl added: \u201cSo I don\u2019t know if we were trying to unload a toxic house on her. I wouldn\u2019t have left my number.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cSo, what are you going to do? She\u2019s trying to get a laugh, I guess, and some likes.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nChelsea said during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!: \u201cIt took me four years to move in. There (were) a lot of problems with the house \u2013 I blame him.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cAnd that didn\u2019t get caught during inspection. And a lot of drama with the house. But I did just move in for the first time yesterday. So, I\u2019m good.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nChelsea also said on Dear Chelsea: \u201cI still have not lived in this house. That\u2019s how f***** up this house was.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThis house is the most toxic environment. You cannot live here for at least two years.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI\u2019m not exaggerating. It was a disaster, and I didn\u2019t know it going in because everything was, you know, under wraps.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIn the last week of inspection, they came and I finally \u2013 like, everything\u2019s been redone \u2013 and they\u2019re like, there\u2019s a unit, like a little outdoor storage unit, that\u2019s been there since I bought the property. And they\u2019re like, \u2018This is illegal\u2019.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cSo now we have to remove his illegal bulls*** from my property, and I\u2019m like, how did they not find this upon the first inspection?\u201d<\/p>\n
