The fallout from Taylor Frankie Paul<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s cancelled Bachelorette<\/em><\/a> season has reportedly not affected her payday.<\/p>\n

Taylor, 31, will receive her full salary for the ABC dating series, TMZ<\/em><\/a> reported on Wednesday, March 25, alleging that her take home is in the low-to-mid six figures.<\/p>\n

According to the outlet, Taylor\u2019s contract for The Bachelorette<\/em> <\/a>was based on \u201cservices rendered\u201d and despite the season never airing, it was filmed in its entirety before the drama unfolded off-camera.<\/p>\n

Taylor also completed the majority of her promotional tour for season 22 of the show<\/a> prior to ABC pulling the plug earlier this month.<\/p>\n

After gaining fame for starring on Hulu\u2019s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/em><\/a> \u2014 which premiered in 2024 \u2014 Taylor was cast as the Bachelorette in September 2025. (Prior to reality TV, Taylor went viral after she confessed to soft-swinging<\/a> with other Mormons in Utah.)<\/p>\n

As Taylor geared up for the season 22 premiere, which was slated for Sunday, March 22, news broke on March 16 that she and on-again, off-again boyfriend Dakota Mortensen<\/strong><\/a> were involved in an alleged domestic dispute<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the Draper City Police Department in Utah confirmed to Us<\/em> at the time that there is an open \u201cdomestic assault investigation\u201d involving the pair, who share son Ever, 2. According to authorities, \u201callegations have been made in both directions\u201d and \u201ccontact was made with involved parties on [February] 24th and 25th.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDespite Taylor Frankie Paul\u2019s season of The Bachelorette being canceled, she has needed to carry on as usual. \u201c[I\u2019m] always on [my phone],\u201d Taylor, 31, wrote via Instagram comment on Friday, March 20, after a fan questioned why the reality TV star was posting on social media amid the Bachelor Nation scandal. \u201cIt\u2019s my job, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Amid the scandal, a video from the exes\u2019 2023 domestic dispute<\/a> that led to Taylor\u2019s arrest<\/a> resurfaced, showing Taylor throwing chairs at Dakota, 33. Bodycam footage from the incident.<\/p>\n

Shortly after the 2023 video made headlines, ABC announced on Thursday, March 19, that season 22 of The Bachelorette was canceled. (Production on season 5 of SLOMW<\/em><\/a> was previously paused amid the scandal.)<\/p>\n

\u201cABC is livid over the situation,\u201d a source exclusively told Us<\/em><\/a> at the time. \u201cTaylor had a breach of contract, and they are internally investigating.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor, for her part, thanked the network for its \u201csupport as she prioritizes her family\u2019s safety and security.\u201d<\/p>\n

The drama, however, didn\u2019t stop there as Dakota filed for a temporary restraining order against Taylor and requested temporary custody of their son. (Taylor also shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5<\/a>, with ex-husband Tate Paul<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> confirmed on Friday, March 20, that Dakota was granted temporary custody<\/a> of Ever and given a temporary protection order against Taylor.<\/p>\n

NBC News<\/em><\/a> reported on Wednesday that Utah\u2019s West Jordan Police Department is looking into a third alleged domestic dispute involving stemming from 2024. (Us<\/em> has reached out to the department for comment.)<\/p>\n
