Denise Richards<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about going under the knife.<\/p>\n

Richards, 55, got candid about getting a facelift<\/a> and loving her results while reminiscing about her past looks in an interview with Allure<\/em><\/a>. In the clip, which was shared via Instagram on Tuesday, March 24, the actress opened up about going to ex-husband<\/a> Charlie Sheen<\/strong>\u2018s documentary premiere in August 2025, just weeks after getting her facelift.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was in August and I had a facelift [at the] end of June,\u201d she explained. \u201cThis was my first red carpet since my facelift. My face was still settling here. I really wanted a natural [makeup] look because I didn\u2019t want to put a lot on my face.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards also noted that her skin transformed in a positive way after getting the surgery.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards is never one to shy away from getting real about her life in and out of the spotlight \u2014 including her experience with cosmetic surgery. \u201c@deniserichards is one of the most lovely and beautiful people to ever walk this earth,\u201d Richards\u2019 doctor, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei of Beverly Hills, wrote in [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI love my skin after my facelift!\u201d she gushed. \u201cI don\u2019t know what he did, but it changed the texture of my skin, which I was not expecting. It was so good.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also shared that the recovery process was \u201cmuch better\u201d than she thought it would be, initially believing there was \u201cno way\u201d she was going to be able to attend a red carpet event that soon after the procedure.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the video, Richards opened up about more past fashion moments, including her look in the 1998 film Wild Things<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI loved the makeup,\u201d she shared, noting that it was her first time getting a fake tan. \u201cThe makeup artist would come to [the cast\u2019s houses] and put self-tanner on us. I believe it was St. Tropez.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards also praised the MAC Cosmetics lipstick she wore while filming. \u201cIt was Pervette and it was just this shimmery, pinky lipstick,\u201d she said with a smile.<\/p>\n
