\t\t<\/p>\n Jinger Duggar<\/strong><\/a> and her husband Jeremy Vuolo<\/strong> are reacting to the news about her brother Joseph Duggar<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s arrest.<\/p>\n Last week, it was revealed that the 31-year-old former 19 Kids and Counting<\/em> star was arrested and charged<\/a> with lewd and lascivious behavior, involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor who is said to now be 14 years old.<\/p>\n Days later, his wife Kendra<\/strong>, 27, was arrested and booked in Arkansas on four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor<\/a> and four counts of false imprisonment, both to the second degree.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI mean, it has been such a long week. It\u2019s been one of those weeks that feels like years. And I did not think my heart could break like it has this week. The pain and heartbreak that we\u2019ve had over this and just thinking of how it\u2019s affected so many, yeah, it\u2019s just unthinkable. So hard and painful on many levels,\u201d Jinger <\/strong>said on the \u201cJinger & Jeremy\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n Jeremy <\/strong>said it was \u201cdevastating to hear.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThinking about the victim who was brave enough to share her story has been heartbreaking. Just the effect on that young person\u2019s life is unimaginable. And then to see the ripple effect of that horrific crime across the board \u2026 I think that\u2019s been for me, the forefront of my mind is just thinking [about] the horror of a crime like that affecting so many for so many years. It\u2019s devastating to think about,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n Jinger <\/strong>then said, \u201cYou can\u2019t be prepared for news like this. Even though we\u2019ve experienced something very similar before with one of my other siblings who made unthinkable choices and decisions that have affected all of us. And yet, the pain and hurt that\u2019s caused to us \u2026 it\u2019s hard to know what to do sometimes, moving forward. You just feel the weight of it.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
