I was like, \u2018Stop taking pictures of me. I don\u2019t even know who that is. It\u2019s so gross.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Messina then explained that she decided to \u201cdo something about it\u201d and start changing her habits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been two years,\u201d Messina shared. \u201cThis isn\u2019t like, \u2018Hey, let\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-body\/pictures\/celebrities-whove-spoken-about-ozempic-for-weight-loss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> pop a pill and be skinny<\/a> in a month.\u2019 This is like, \u2018Keep going, keep going, keep going.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She then pulled off her denim jacket to reveal<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-body\/pictures\/celebs-shocking-weight-loss-2014304\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> her toned triceps<\/a> that she worked out earlier that day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018It\u2019s a perfect day to wear [a] sleeveless [top] because it doesn\u2019t always look this pumped,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Messina then shared that she had a \u201cgoal\u201d going into her weight loss journey.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-caption \">\n<div class=\"ratio-based-placeholder\" style=\"padding-bottom:150%;\"><\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span class=\"credit\">Jason Kempin\/Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been a process.
