\u201cThere\u2019s nothing worse than being in a gym every single day, working out and not seeing any progress,\u201d Wilkinson, 40, exclusively shared with Us Weekly<\/i> while playing in Aaron Rodgers<\/strong> and RX3 Growth Partners<\/span><\/a>\u2019 charity flag football event on Saturday, March 21. \u201cI hit 40. I\u2019m happy. I\u2019m at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I don\u2019t want to go out and shop anymore. Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans. So I actually signed up for a shot company that will be delivering my shot next week. So I\u2019ll start my journey next week.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Wilkinson \u2014 who has said goodbye to the bright lights of reality TV to focus on her real estate career \u2014 she isn\u2019t determined to \u201cgo all in.\u201d Instead, she just wants to lose a few pounds safely.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to slightly, like, ease my way into it,\u201d she explained from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California. \u201cI just want to be balanced out. I don\u2019t really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced and fit in my jeans again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over the weekend, Wilkinson joined Rodgers, 42, and other NFL athletes like Bryce Young<\/strong>, Jarrett Stidham<\/strong>, Will Howard<\/strong> and Matt Leinart<\/strong> in a flag football tournament that raised a record-breaking $4.2 million for more than 30 charity organizations.<\/p>\n

Although Wilkinson admitted that she isn\u2019t the greatest athlete in the world, that didn\u2019t stop her from suiting up in her BYLT jersey and playing on the field for worthy causes.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat we\u2019re doing here is all about staying youthful, and longevity is the biggest word I\u2019ve been hearing a lot lately,\u201d she explained. \u201cI think a big part of longevity is to get out and play, have fun. Smile, be in the sun.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLook, I\u2019m a little bit overweight at the moment, so I\u2019m gonna start taking my weight loss shots,\u201d Wilkinson continued. \u201cI\u2019m starting that journey next week. But other than that, just get out and play. You know, it\u2019s beautiful out in life.\u201d<\/p>\n
