Denise Richards<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 plastic surgeon is breaking down everything he did for the actress during her recent facelift following her before-and-after reveal.<\/p>\n

Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Ben Talei<\/strong> told Inside Edition<\/em><\/a> in a preview from his Monday, March 23, interview that Richards, 55, is \u201cincredibly happy\u201d with her facelift.<\/p>\n

He revealed that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a> star told him, \u201cI look like myself again\u201d after going under the knife.<\/p>\n

Talei explained that to get Richards\u2019 tighter overall look he performed a \u201cface and neck lift,\u201d in addition to \u201ca temporal brow restoration, where I actually reset the upper third of the face, which comes down, back into its place.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards is feeling like herself again. Richards, 54, opened up about undergoing a breast revision surgery via Instagram on Wednesday, August 27, after rupturing both her implants during season 3 of Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test. In the video, Richards said she is already \u201cfeeling pretty good\u201d after her surgery. \u201cI\u2019m so happy,\u201d she [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The plastic surgeon told the outlet that he also \u201crecontoured the eyes\u201d and did a \u201ccupid corner lift, where we put an incision on the side of the mouth to help neutralize it, and make the side of the mouth look sexier and younger again.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added that it took four and a half hours to complete Richards\u2019 facelift surgery<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Denise] felt like her face just didn\u2019t look like her anymore,\u201d Talei explained of the reason behind Richards\u2019 transformation. \u201cShe\u2019s got the energy of a 12-year-old \u2014 she felt like her look didn\u2019t match the way she feels anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n

Talei\u2019s breakdown of Richards\u2019 procedure came two days after he and the actress made\u00a0a joint post about her surgery<\/a>, sharing dramatic before and after pictures of the actress from every angle.<\/p>\n

The doctor called Richards \u201cone of the most lovely and beautiful people to ever walk this earth,\u201d via the Saturday, March 21, Instagram post. \u201cIt was an incredible pleasure and honor to be trusted with her restoration and more importantly, the preservation of her character and beauty.\u201d<\/p>\n

Talei explained that Richards \u201cstunning, gorgeous eyes were restored rather than changed or just cleaned up\u201d thanks to \u201cso many little\u201d adjustments that the \u201cmajority of surgeons in the world would gloss over.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEven her earlobes look better from all views. The sad or tired look around the eyes and mouth have been neutralized and reversed,\u201d he noted. \u201cHer neck and upper chest are glowing now with the type of lift that I do combined with the PHAT Skin\u2122\ufe0ftechnique.\u201d<\/p>\n

The surgeon added that he used various techniques, including \u201cmuscle modulation and SMAS optimization\u201d to better lift Richards\u2019 face.<\/p>\n
