Brooks Nade<\/strong><\/a>r is opening up about the cosmetic surgery procedure<\/a> that she\u2019ll \u201cforever regret.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI probably shouldn\u2019t say this, but I\u2019m just going to say it,\u201d the 29-year-old model and reality star told People<\/em><\/a> recently. \u201cI had liposuction years ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn\u2019t need it. I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe just got to do less with all that and be healthy,\u201d the Love Thy Nader<\/em> star said.<\/p>\n In February, Nader exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em>\u00a0about the positive feedback she\u2019s received from fans after dissolving the lip filler<\/a> she first got at 18.<\/p>\n \u201cI honestly felt really good about it, because I feel like I get a lot of the comments that are like, \u2018You look 40, you look 40, you look 40,\u2019\u201d Nader said. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018What? I don\u2019t want to be 40.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n In the interview, Nader said she was \u201cpleasantly surprised\u201d by the compliments she has received since ditching the filler. \u201cEveryone\u2019s like, \u2018Finally, you actually look like 28,\u2019\u201d she said, adding that her parents, Breaux Nader<\/strong> and Holland Greene Nader<\/strong>, said she doesn\u2019t look \u201cblown up\u201d anymore.<\/p>\n Nader said she began experimenting with filler when she was a teenager.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen I was 18 and I moved to New York, I was like, \u2018I\u2019m gonna get filler. I\u2019m gonna do all these treatments, I\u2019m gonna get lipo, whatever it is,\u2019\u201d she said. \u201cMy parents gave me, like, $1000 and they were like, \u2018Have fun.\u2019 I felt like it was what everyone was doing. I was thrown into this world of Hollywood and chasing perfection. And I thought that getting filler was the answer.\u201d<\/p>\n Now, however, the Dancing With the Stars<\/em> alum is embracing her \u201ctrue, authentic self.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI never say never to anything because if I age, you never know,\u201d she said of getting more work done in the future.<\/p>\n But she added, \u201cFor right now, I\u2019m loving my smile and how I\u2019m looking. I feel like I\u2019m looking like my old self again.\u201d<\/p>\n Nader was recently cast in Fox\u2019s reboot of Baywatch<\/em><\/a> starring Stephen Amell<\/strong> as Hobie Buchanan, the son of David Hasselhoff<\/strong>\u2019s Mitch Buchanan from the original series.<\/p>\n Last week, the reality star told Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> that she was \u201cover the moon excited\u201d to play a lifeguard named Selene in the show.<\/p>\n
