Slipknot<\/a> rocker – with whom she has three-year-old son Sidney – at her late dad Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell concert in Birmingham last July after three years of dating, but the couple are now said to have gone their separate ways.<\/p>\nInsiders said Kelly has endured a “difficult” month coping with her new life as a single mom while continuing to mourn Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy, who died just two weeks after his final concert.<\/p>\n
A source told the Daily Mail online: “Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement.<\/p>\n
“Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope.<\/p>\n
\n“In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time, and things were not as they appeared.<\/p>\n
\n“They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward.<\/p>\n
\n“Kelly has endured a great deal over the past year. Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving ahead.”<\/p>\n
\nKelly had previously shared video footage of 48-year-old Sid’s proposal, which featured her dad and mum Sharon Osbourne unwinding with family and friends.<\/p>\n
\nSharon could be heard saying: “You’ve got to be quiet!”<\/p>\n
\nSid then took Kelly’s hand and said: “Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world!”<\/p>\n
\nBut before he could ask the important question, Paranoid hitmaker Ozzy jumped in.<\/p>\n
\nHe laughed: “F*** off, you are not marrying my daughter!”<\/p>\n
\nSid then continued: “I want to spend the rest of my life with you – and ask in front of all of our family and friends, Kelly, will you marry me?”<\/p>\n
\nKelly looked stunned before Sid stood up and put a ring on her finger while those around them cheered.<\/p>\n
\nThe 40-year-old star: “Oh and this happened yesterday!”<\/p>\n
\nKelly had earlier hailed Black Sabbath’s Back to the Beginning concert one of the “most magical experiences” of her life.<\/p>\n
\nShe said in a video shared to her Instagram Story: \u201cI just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.<\/p>\n
\n“Thank you to everyone who came to the show last night, [and] thank you to everybody who was involved in the show last night. You have no idea what it did for my dad.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt was one of the most magical experiences of my entire life, and if I keep talking, I\u2019m probably going to end up crying again. So, that\u2019s all I\u2019ll say for now. Thank you.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe epic concert marked the 76-year-old rocker’s official retirement and was staged to raise funds for charities including Cure Parkinson\u2019s, Birmingham Children\u2019s Hospital and Acorns Children\u2019s Hospice.<\/p>\n
\nOzzy – who reunited with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward for the first time since 2005 at Villa Park for the show – passed away just two weeks later.<\/p>\n
