\t\t<\/p>\n Demi Lovato<\/strong><\/a> is talking about her new cookbook!<\/p>\n The 33-year-old singer attended a cookbook discussion and chatted with influencer Brett Chody<\/strong> at The Novo on Friday (March 20) in Los Angeles. <\/p>\n Demi<\/strong>\u2018s latest project is her first cookbook, One Plate at a Time: Recipes for Finding Freedom with Food<\/em>, published by Flatiron Books.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Camp Rock<\/em> star has spoken about struggling with her relationship to food throughout the years amid struggling with an eating disorder and said that cooking has helped her along her recovery journey.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted to create a cookbook that was for people who may have had disordered eating in the past or are just intimidated to step foot into the kitchen for the first time,\u201d she told People<\/a><\/em> earlier this month.<\/p>\n The \u201cSorry Not Sorry\u201d singer continued, \u201cIt\u2019s just about getting in the kitchen and getting comfortable around cooking, and that will set you up for success later down the road with more recipes.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier this week, they also clarified why she sang \u201cHeart Attack\u201d at an American Heart Association event<\/a> in 2024. <\/p>\n
