Dennis Quaid talked aliens with President Donald Trump<\/p>\n
The 71-year-old actor recently spoke to the US president about his new movie War Machine, and when the former Apprentice star heard about the subject matter, he revealed he is planning to make government research into life on other planets accessible to the public.<\/p>\n
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Dennis said of the meeting: “He said, \u2018What do you got coming out?\u2019 I said, \u2018War Machine.\u2019 He went, \u2018Oh yeah, I can’t wait to see that. We need that kind of movie. What’s it about?\u2019 I said, \u2018It’s aliens versus humans.\u2019 <\/p>\n
“He said, \u2018You know I’m going to release the file.’ So, we may have a prequel by the time he does it, you never know.”<\/p>\n
The veteran actor admitted it was like “fantasy camp” when he flew with Trump on Air Force One.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: “It was pretty amazing There’s everything you really kind of thought it would be.”<\/p>\n
\nHe explained the aircraft has a room similar to one often seen in action films depicting the presidential plane.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: “With the, you know, the military guys, they’re at their radar screens or whatever. The nuclear football\u2019s just sitting there, and it was something else.”<\/p>\n
\nBut Dennis thinks the president should get a new plane soon because it felt very dated.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: “Everything is exactly the same. Bush One got the plane, I think, for a month and Clinton used it. I mean, you could remember the classic photographs even from back then, like [former President George W.] Bush being on the plane from, you know, when 9\/11 happened. And everything is perfectly well taken care of, but that plane is old.<\/p>\n
\n“We\u2019ve got to get him a new one. Not for, just for Trump, but for, you know, the next one, because it’s 30 years old. Seemed like my Bonanza had better avionics than it did, more up to date. I’m sure they have a few hidden things in there, but you know.”<\/p>\n
\nThe Parent Trap star was with the president before the US launched strikes against Iran last month and he praised Trump’s “poker face” because he didn’t give anything away about military action when discussing the country.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: “[Trump was talking about] ‘What are we going to do about Iran, you know?\u2019 He didn’t want to do it. <\/p>\n
\n“And you could tell that it weighed heavy on his heart, because he knew sending any of our service people into harm’s way, it’s probably the biggest, hardest decision that I think the President of the United States could make. <\/p>\n
\n“And it weighed heavy on him, but, you know, he had quite a poker face at the same time because he wasn’t really giving anything away, but you could feel his heart. That’s what it was.”<\/p>\n
\nTrump announced on his own Truth Social platform a few weeks ago that he is keen to “identify and release” official documents related to aliens.<\/p>\n
\nHe wrote: “Based on the tremendous interest shown, I will be directing the Secretary of War, and other relevant Departments and Agencies, to begin the process of identifying and releasing Government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), and unidentified flying objects (UFOs), and any and all other information connected to these highly complex, but extremely interesting and important, matters.”<\/p>\n
