To get back home they\u2019ll have to master this world while embarking on a quest with an unexpected expert crafter. <\/p>\n A Minecraft Movie<\/em> brought in $957.8 million globally, becoming the second highest grossing movie of 2025.<\/p>\n In an interview from last year, Kirsten<\/strong> said that she wanted to star<\/a> in the Minecraft Movie<\/em> sequel because her kids \u201cloved the first one\u201d and because she\u2019d \u201clike to make a pile of cash.\u201d<\/p>\n Jared Hess <\/strong>is returning to direct the sequel from a script written with Chris Galletta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The sequel is set to hit theaters on July 23, 2027.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
