\t\t<\/p>\n Mel C<\/strong><\/a> is crushing our hopes and dreams!<\/p>\n In a recent interview, the 52-year-old singer recently took part in an interview and shared update on a Spice Girls<\/strong><\/a> reunion tour taking place this year for the group\u2019s 30th anniversary. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cSo, July will be the 30th anniversary of \u2018Wannabe\u2019 being released, and then later in the year, Spice<\/em>, the first album. So yeah, it\u2019s a big one. And no, there is no reunion,\u201d she said on The Smallzy Show<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cI would love to have better news for you\u2026 I speak to a lot of people. I think I would be in a lot of trouble if I was the person to give the exclusive. And I say this everywhere, and I\u2019m so sorry to the people who\u2019ve heard me say this a million times, but we are communicating all the time. We want to do something,\u201d Mel<\/strong> continued. \u201cWho knows when? But I still feel very optimistic and I keep my fingers crossed that you will see the Spice Girls<\/strong> together at some point in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n She added that she\u2019s hopeful that they could do something at one point. <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s incredible [people still care] because obviously we have this amazing legacy that has been created,\u201d the singer said. \u201cThere are not only Spice Girls<\/strong> fans from the 90s, there\u2019s generations who are discovering us all the time. And we are so proud of that. So hopefully we can bring some joy to people by, you know, having a little sing of Wannabe on stage at some point.\u201d<\/p>\n Mel<\/strong> was also asked if there was one Spice Girls<\/strong> song she could erase from history and never perform again.
