You can get confirmed in business class by using a <span><a href=\"https:\/\/thepointsguy.com\/loyalty-programs\/how-to-use-american-systemwide-upgrades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">systemwide upgrade certificate<\/a><\/span> if you book premium economy on almost any American flight, but you&#8217;ll need to act fast. This incredible offer expires at Midnight on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;American is making it easier for our most loyal customers to use their systemwide upgrades,&#8221; a company spokesperson told TPG. &#8220;We know systemwide upgrades are a valuable Loyalty Point Reward chosen by members and availability varies, so we&#8217;re excited to offer this to our AAdvantage members.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>There are a few additional things to be aware of with this promotion.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must travel in August 2026.<\/li>\n<li>Upgrades are available on flights to and from Asia, Australia, Europe and South American but exclude flights to Delhi, Doha, Shanghai and Tel Aviv.<\/li>\n<li>Paid fares only.
