One Direction<\/a> hunk passed away at the age of 31 in October 2024 after falling from his hotel balcony, but she seems to have found happiness with a mystery man, who she identified only as Michael in a new TikTok video.<\/p>\nIn the post, Kate and Michael walked a few steps before her scooped her up and span her around, with Olivia Newton-John’s Hopelessly Devoted to You soundtracking the short video.<\/p>\n
Kate captioned her post with a black heart emoji.<\/p>\n
The video was posted on 16 March, just a few days after Kate had shared another clip with the same man. She had captioned that TikTok with several heart emojis and the word, “Ugh”.<\/p>\n
\nJust a month ago, Kate noted she had managed to get through Valentine’s Day (14.02.26) without crying over her grief for Liam, who she had been dating for two years before he passed away.<\/p>\n
\nShe wrote in a TikTok post: \u201cYou don\u2019t move on from grief. You move forward with it, carrying love in a different form. Keep living. Keep going. Live your life as fully as you possibly can.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nKate previously confessed she struggled to “live [her] life” in the wake of Liam’s death but eventually realised she needed to move away from her “grief and pain” instead of putting all her focus on her feelings of devastation.<\/p>\n
\nShe told Page Six at a National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) benefit: “I was always just kind of doing nothing and just dealing with that grief and pain, just not wanting to really live my life.<\/p>\n
\n“I finally realised, ok, I need to live my life, I need to get up, get out of bed.” <\/p>\n
\nKate recalled how she started by setting an alarm to get out of bed one hour earlier each day and began “working out” and “eating clean” and continues to do so for the sake of her mental health.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “I like to always be up early, have a workout class planned, go for a nice walk, eat cleaner. I feel like, for me, being active, always keeps my mind so much cleaner and healthier.”<\/p>\n
