Below Deck Down Under<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Ellie Dubaich<\/strong> spoke out about the surprising offscreen divide between her and Daisy Kelliher<\/strong> and Jenna Woudberg.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI was surprised because I didn\u2019t mean to offend anybody. I was simply sharing what happened when I got the call after [stew] Joe [Caron] left,\u201d Ellie exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The galley hand provided more detail about what took place<\/a> behind the scenes, adding, \u201cOne thing that was different is that at the very beginning, Jenna was not made second stew. She was told she knew she had to prove herself that first charter \u2014 and then she got made second stew. That\u2019s one thing that\u2019s been shown a little bit differently, because it ended up being just irrelevant. It was trimmed and simplified.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ellie joined season 4 of Below Deck Down Under<\/em><\/a> after some reconfiguration led to a stew position no longer being available but a spot in the kitchen opening up. After coming aboard the boat<\/a>, Ellie agreed to make the move to the galley instead of interior, which caused backlash when Daisy and Jenna defended the assumption that someone\u2019s job would have been at risk if Ellie hadn\u2019t agreed to the swap.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tViewers have had a front row seat to some of the biggest reality TV feuds since the Below Deck franchise debuted. The show\u2019s spinoff series Below Deck Mediterranean shocked viewers when Hannah Ferrier and Captain Sandy Yawn\u2018s inability to see eye to eye turned into the most memorable firing to date. \u201cI was on my way to being a second stew because Captain Jason [Chambers]<\/strong> wanted to have the most experienced leadership team. I started working at sea when Jenna was in third grade in 2016. That\u2019s not a dig. That\u2019s a simple fact,\u201d Ellie told Us<\/em>. \u201cIt did make sense that Captain Jason would want me to be in a leadership position. [When he] asked me to change, I was happy to change. That\u2019s all I was saying.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cI was happy that things worked out the way they did. But the way Jenna and Daisy responded was mean-spirited. It was unnecessary, and I was taken aback. So I think it\u2019s going to be a little bit indicative of how the two of them approached me this season.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ellie called Daisy\u2019s reaction a \u201cone-sided\u201d issue. <\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cIt started this season, and we\u2019ll see that evolve,\u201d she teased. \u201cBut I don\u2019t really have an issue with Daisy. She doesn\u2019t like me. She doesn\u2019t seem to like me for whatever reason. We\u2019ll see how that happens. But I don\u2019t really have an issue with her.\u201d<\/p>\n

During season 7 of the Bravo show, chief stew Kate Chastain and bosun Ashton Pienaar had a scary confrontation when the latter was drunk after a night out. Ashton ended up punching [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Looking ahead, Ellie made it clear there\u2019s no bad blood<\/a> on her end.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had no problems to begin with,\u201d she continued. \u201cLet\u2019s move on \u2014 as far as I\u2019m concerned.\u201d<\/p>\n
