\t\t<\/p>\n Amy Madigan<\/strong><\/a> is a favorite to win an Oscar in the Best Supporting Actress category this year and she might be winning one ahead of husband Ed Harris<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n The 75-year-old actress is nominated for her work in the horror film Weapons and many believe this year long-overdue recognition after years of extraordinary work.<\/p>\n Amy<\/strong> previously was nominated for her work in the 1985 movie Twice in a Lifetime<\/em>, giving her a 40-year gap between nominations. So, I have a very supportive family, my daughter also, so I\u2019m very lucky,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n As for her family\u2019s support, she said: \u201cThey\u2019re just saying, \u2018You can do it. Hang in there.\u2019 I\u2019m like, \u2018I don\u2019t want to get hair and makeup done again,\u2019 and they\u2019re like, \u2018It\u2019s okay.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Ed <\/strong>has four Oscar nominations to his name.
