Dealing With the Haters<\/b><\/h2>\n

Bridgerton <\/i>season 3 dropped in 2024, in which Nicola Coughlan\u2019s Penelope Featherington took the lead opposite Luke Newton<\/strong> (Colin Bridgerton).<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know what was really bizarre was, when I was shooting that series, I was exercising a lot because I knew I had to,\u201d Coughlan told Elle UK <\/i>in March 2026<\/a>, referring to the pair\u2019s nude scenes. \u201cI had lost a bunch of weight, [and] I was probably a size 10 and one of the corsets was a size 8.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the Irish actress\u2019 weight loss, she was subjected to multiple comments about her body type.<\/p>\n
