Selling Sunset<\/em><\/a> is bringing back a few familiar faces for season 10 \u2014 but will Heather Rae El Moussa<\/strong><\/a> be one of them?<\/p>\n

A source exclusively tells Us Weekly<\/em> that Heather, 38, will be back for the upcoming season<\/a> after exiting the show in 2023.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> has reached out to Netflix and a representative for Heather for comment.<\/p>\n

News of Heather\u2019s return to the Los Angeles-based series comes shortly after Us<\/em> exclusively confirmed<\/a> that Christine Quinn<\/strong><\/a> is coming back to the show after a nearly four-year hiatus. (Christine, 37, exited the show in 2022, with her final episode airing that April.)<\/p>\n

An insider previously told Us<\/em> that the cast for season 10 was already \u201csupposed to start filming,\u201d but production has been \u201cdelayed because they are waiting for [Christine] to finish negotiations.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to Heather and Christine making their respective returns, the show will see several exits<\/a>, including Chrishell Stause<\/strong><\/a>, Nicole Young<\/strong> and Chelsea Lazkani<\/strong>, according to the source.<\/p>\n

Chrishell, 44, previously commented on her departure in November 2025, telling Bustle<\/em><\/a>, \u201cIt\u2019s no longer good for my mental health.\u201d<\/p>\n

Alongside Heather and Christine, fans will meet a new real estate agent, Tara Sarbaz<\/strong>, with an insider telling Us<\/em> earlier this month that she will be \u201cfull-time and has worked with Jason [Oppenheim]<\/strong> before.\u201d<\/p>\n

As fans of Selling Sunset<\/em> know, both Heather and Christine were part of the original cast when it debuted in 2019.<\/p>\n

They starred alongside Chrishell, Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet<\/strong>, Maya Vander<\/strong> and Davina Potratz<\/strong> while working at L.A.\u2019s Oppenheim Group, which is owned by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Going into season 10, only Mary, 45, remains part of the original cast, but she teased in January that she too could exit the show depending on \u201cthe dynamic in the office.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt depends on the level of toxicity that they\u2019re allowing,\u201d Mary said during an appearance on the \u201cCasual Chaos\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Heather, for her part, confirmed her initial departure from Selling Sunset<\/em><\/a> in November 2023 after appearing on the season 7 premiere and then being MIA the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverything happens how it\u2019s meant to \ud83e\udd0d\u2026.. And we all have a plan,\u201d Heather wrote via Instagram at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s bittersweet to not be a part of SS anymore. But I do know that good or bad I wouldn\u2019t change the experiences I had.\u201d<\/p>\n

The following year, Heather opened up about leaving the reality series, noting it changed a lot from season 1 to season 7.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the beginning it was just all fun, not crazy drama. We were all friends. Any drama was just simple,\u201d she recalled during an April 2024 appearance on \u201cThe Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast<\/a>\u201d podcast. \u201cThen it just got worse and worse and worse. They started adding in more girls. It just became out of control.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSeveral Selling Sunset stars have stepped away from the Netflix hit over the years. The series, which became an overnight success after its 2019 debut, initially starred Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Jason Oppenheim, Brett Oppenheim, Heather Rae El Moussa, Maya Vander and Christine Quinn as the employees at high-end Los Angeles real estate brokerage the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Heather noted that the filming schedule, which could span 12 to 14 hours some days, was also \u201cpretty brutal.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey just want more and more and more, and you saw me on the show,\u201d she said. \u201cI pretty much was levelheaded almost the whole time. I was kind of friends with everyone, and I kept things pretty chill in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heather concluded: \u201cYeah, it\u2019s very toxic. You\u2019re around a bunch of women that everyone wants to be stars on the show, No. 1. And they\u2019ll kind of do anything.\u201d<\/p>\n
