\t\t<\/p>\n Jack Osbourne<\/strong><\/a> is now a dad of five girls!<\/p>\n On Wednesday (March 11), Jack<\/strong>, 40, announced that he and wife Aree<\/strong><\/a> recently welcomed a baby girl.<\/p>\n While sharing the exciting news on Instagram<\/a>, Jack<\/strong> revealed that he and Aree<\/strong> named their newborn daughter after his late father, Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cIntroducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne<\/strong>,\u201d Jack<\/strong> wrote along with a black and white video of the newborn sleeping in a bassinet with a stuffed animal bat next to her. If you didn\u2019t know, the plush bat is a reference to the Black Sabbath<\/strong>\u2018s infamous 1982 incident in which he bit the head off of a live bat on stage during a concert.<\/p>\n He also revealed that baby Ozzy<\/strong> was born at 8:49am on March 5, weighing 7lbs 12 oz and measuring in at 19 inches.<\/p>\n Along with the newborn, Jack <\/strong>and Aree<\/strong> \u2013 who have been married since September 2023 \u2013 are also parents to 3-year-old daughter Maple<\/strong>. Jack<\/strong> also shares daughters Pearl<\/strong>, 13, Andy<\/strong>, 10, and Minnie<\/strong>, 8, with ex-wife Lisa Stelly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If you didn\u2019t know, the Black Sabbath<\/strong> rocker passed away in July 2025, just 17 days after his farewell concert. He was 76-years-old.<\/p>\n Jack<\/strong> publicly announced in December that Aree<\/strong> was pregnant, revealing that Ozzy<\/strong> knew about the baby<\/a> before his death.<\/p>\n Congrats to the couple!
