\t\t<\/p>\n David Duchovny<\/strong><\/a> is making a new movie with his daughter West<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n The 65-year-old actor will lead the cast of the upcoming satirical comedy movie Soapbox<\/em><\/strong>, which he co-wrote with Max Barbakow<\/strong>. <\/p>\n David<\/strong> will play \u201can aging soap opera star who finds himself caught in the absurdities of today\u2019s culture wars,\u201d according to Deadline<\/a>.<\/p>\n West<\/strong>, 26, has joined the supporting cast alongside Laverne Cox<\/strong><\/a>, Randall Park<\/strong><\/a>, Jimmi Simpson<\/strong><\/a>, and Jennifer Grey<\/strong><\/a>. The movie will be directed by Andrew Jay Cohen<\/strong>, who previously wrote and directed the movie The House<\/em>, plus wrote Neighbors <\/em>and Mike and Dave Need Wedding Date<\/em>s. <\/p>\n This will mark David <\/strong>and West<\/strong>\u2018s first major project together.
