Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> and Tristan Thompson<\/strong><\/a> both listed the same address on their son Tatum<\/a>\u2018s name change petition<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/em> on Thursday, June 15, the former couple \u2014 who share 5-year-old daughter True<\/a> and 10-month-old Tatum \u2014 both put the same address next to their respective names on the June 8 filing. In the petition, the duo requested to change their son\u2019s last name from Kardashian to Thompson.<\/p>\n The parents\u2019 filing comes two months after Thompson, 32, moved closer to his former fianc\u00e9, 38, and their children<\/a>. \u201cKhlo\u00e9 and Tristan live .2 miles away from each other in Hidden Hills,\u201d a source exclusively told Us<\/em> on April 5. \u201cTristan is thrilled about having his own place so close to Khlo\u00e9 so he can visit her and the kids as often as possible.\u201d Days later, it was announced that the athlete \u2014 who is also the father<\/a> of son Prince<\/a>, 6, with Jordan Craig<\/strong>, and Theo<\/a>, 18 months, with Maralee Nichols<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 would be joining the Los Angeles Lakers<\/a>.<\/p>\n Thompson and Kardashian welcomed their son via surrogate<\/a> in July 2022 \u2014 seven months after Nichols, 32, gave birth to Theo<\/a>. The fitness model filed a lawsuit against Thompson<\/a> in December 2021, claiming he got her pregnant earlier that year while he and Kardashian were still together. Nichols gave birth to Theo later that month.<\/p>\n Thompson confirmed his paternity<\/a> in a statement the following month, in which he apologized to Kardashian. \u201cKhlo\u00e9, you don\u2019t deserve this. You don\u2019t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you,\u201d he wrote at the time. \u201cYou don\u2019t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n A second source told Us<\/em><\/a> in July 2022 that Kardashian was disappointed that Thompson \u201cwent through finding a surrogate and all that while he was cheating on her and that\u2019s unforgivable to her<\/a>.\u201d The insider added: \u201cThere\u2019s no place in her mind that wants to take Tristan back, she is really done with him romantically at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n Though the basketball player has since expressed his desire to make things work with Kardashian<\/a> \u2014 a source told Us<\/em> in April that Thompson \u201chasn\u2019t completely given up hope on their relationship \u2014 Kardashian doesn\u2019t have any plans to reconcile their romance.<\/p>\n \u201cKhlo\u00e9 has no idea what it would take to ever get back together with Tristan, but she really can\u2019t imagine that ever happening,\u201d another source told Us<\/em><\/a> on May 17. \u201cShe\u2019s grateful they have a strong and healthy coparenting relationship and that\u2019s all she could ever hope for. As long as Tristan continues being there for his kids, she\u2019ll continue to encourage her loved ones to show their support for him.\u201d<\/p>\n Prior to revealing her son\u2019s name<\/a> on the May 25 episode of The Kardashians<\/em><\/a>, Kardashian explained why she held off sharing her baby boy\u2019s name<\/a>. \u201cAt first, I really did not know what I was going to name him. I wanted to meet him and feel him out a little bit. And so at first, he didn\u2019t have a name,\u201d she explained on the April 5 episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show<\/em>.<\/p>\n Last month, Kardashian opened up about how welcoming her son via surrogate made it difficult to bond with him<\/a> at first. \u201c[I do feel less connected]. People do say it takes a minute to feel connected but Kim [Kardashian] said hers was easy. This is not easy,\u201d Khlo\u00e9 admitted during the May 25 season 3 premiere of The Kardashians<\/em>.<\/p>\n She went on to state the entire process felt \u201ctransactional,\u201d adding, \u201cI wish someone was honest about surrogacy<\/a> and the difference of it. But it doesn\u2019t mean it is bad or good.
