Kelsea Ballerini<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s ex-husband Morgan Evans <\/strong><\/a>had a not-so-subtle response to Chase Stokes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cFeeling pretty masculine today,\u201d Evans, 40, captioned an Instagram post<\/a> on Thursday, March 5. \u201cAlbum out in 2 weeks!\u201d<\/p>\n

Evans shared multiple photos of him doing \u201cmasculine\u201d activities, including lifting a refrigerator over his head. A second image featured Evans looking underneath the hood of a car, where his upcoming album, Steel Town<\/em>, was placed.<\/p>\n

He continued to poke fun at Stokes\u2019 criticisms by chopping a piece of wood in a separate video. The country singer did it all with a smile, and his album \u2014 set to be released on March 20 \u2014 in frame.<\/p>\n

Evans\u2019 post received several positive comments, including one from Bobby Bones<\/strong>, who has found himself involved in the drama.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI laughed,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

The social media response comes days after Stokes took aim at Evans<\/a> in a since-deleted Instagram comment.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is about the most pathetic excuse of masculinity I\u2019ve ever seen,\u201d Stokes, 33, commented on an Instagram post from Bones, who was promoting his Tuesday, March 3, interview with Evans. \u201cGet a f***ing life.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tChase Stokes went after country singer Morgan Evans via social media following his comments about their mutual ex, Kelsea Ballerini. Evans appeared on Bobby Bones\u2019 \u201cThe BobbyCast\u201d podcast in March 2025, claiming that he was \u201cnot expecting\u201d his divorce from Ballerini. (The two singers were married from 2017 to 2022.) \u201cIt took me by surprise,\u201d [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The clip Bones posted featured Evans discussing his 2022 divorce<\/a> from Ballerini, 32, who Stokes has been dating on and off since 2023.<\/p>\n

Bones, 45, screenshotted the comment and responded with an Instagram video of his own.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re going to come that hard, maybe you don\u2019t want to take that [comment] down,\u201d Bones said, noting that only a small part of their interview was about the divorce.<\/p>\n
