\t\t<\/p>\n Bethenny Frankel<\/strong><\/a> is keeping The Real Housewives of New York City<\/strong><\/a><\/em> behind her.<\/p>\n Last month, it was announced that several RHONY<\/em> stars will be starring on E!\u2019s new spinoff series The Golden Life<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n In a new video shared on Instagram<\/a>, Bethenny<\/strong>, 55, explained that she refuses to join the new series because it will not \u201cbe good for business.\u201d<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cIt used to be good when I was promoting my own business,\u201d Bethenny<\/strong> said of her time on the Bravo show. \u201cBut now that I work with a lot of other brands and have different types of equity deals and partners, they don\u2019t look highly upon that genre. They kind of like that\u2019s it\u2019s in the rearview.\u201d<\/p>\n She also predicted that the other cast members would end up resenting her.<\/p>\n \u201cDespite some of the women asking if I would come back, the amount of money it would take for me to come back \u2014 that E! could presumably never pay \u2014 would make the other Housewives resent me so much, which did happen before,\u201d Bethenny<\/strong> noted.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m really happy for these women and I want them to thrive [and] succeed and I want the show to do well,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Bethenny<\/strong> went on to call the show a \u201csavage, amazing move by E!\u201d before sharing her final reason for not joining the cast.<\/p>\n \u201cI like my life now.
