The Masked Singer<\/i><\/a><\/span> contestant Jack Wagner<\/span><\/a><\/strong> is grateful he had the opportunity to perform \u2014 and be unmasked \u2014 during Ozzfest Night.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m just kind of a rocker from the \u201860s and \u201870s. I\u2019m from the Midwest. I love those bands. I loved Ozzy<\/strong> [Osbourne<\/strong>],\u201d Wagner, 66, exclusively shared with Us Weekly<\/i> after being revealed as the Eggplant on the Wednesday, March 4, episode of Fox\u2019s reality show. \u201cI think it was a proper tribute. This is a groundbreaking band.\u201d<\/p>\n On Wednesday\u2019s episode, Kelly Osbourne<\/strong> returned to The Masked Singer<\/i> stage as a judge before the show honored her late father with a special tribute to Ozzy\u2019s musical influence.<\/p>\n The legendary Black Sabbath singer died in July 2025<\/span><\/a> following a battle with Parkinson\u2019s. He was 76.<\/p>\n \u201cOzzy Osbourne and the music he did, it was just so rock and roll,\u201d Wagner told Us<\/i>. \u201cI watched a documentary about The Who last night, and I just love that generation of music, so I think it was a proper tribute.\u201d<\/p>\n The special night also reminded Wagner of the times he got to work with Ozzy\u2019s wife, Sharon Osbourne<\/strong>, on The Bold and the Beautiful<\/i> in a February 2011 crossover event with The Talk<\/i><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI did a scene on The Bold and the Beautiful<\/i> with Sharon Osborne,\u201d Wagner recalled. \u201cWe had to do a bed scene, and here we are in bed. Julie<\/strong> [Chen<\/strong>] walks in, and she\u2019s jealous, and I have to hop out of bed after kissing Sharon.\u201d<\/p>\n Although Wagner may be best known for his roles on various soap operas and Melrose Place<\/i>, the actor is grateful he had the opportunity to showcase his musical talents on The Masked Singer<\/i>.<\/p>\n After taking off the heavy eggplant costume, Wagner described himself as a \u201csong and dance guy\u201d who has a long history with the arts.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve done over 40 theatrical productions around the country,\u201d he said. \u201cI haven\u2019t been on the road with my band for years, so it was nice and warm.\u201d<\/p>\n
