Southern Hospitality<\/em><\/a>\u2019s season 4 premiere got messy fast thanks to feuds between several castmates \u2014 and one former employee.<\/p>\n

During the Wednesday, March 4, episode<\/a>, fans learned that Molly Moore<\/strong> was fired from Republic Garden & Lounge in between seasons. Despite no longer working at the nightclub, Molly showed up as a partygoer during the premiere and quickly caused a stir.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously me and Michols [Pe\u00f1a]<\/strong><\/a> have had a falling out,\u201d Molly told former coworker Lake Rucker<\/strong>, claiming that shouldn\u2019t affect their friendship.<\/p>\n

Lake then alleged Molly had \u201cignored\u201d her and Michols earlier that week, but Molly denied it.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not high school. I did not ignore you. I did absolutely nothing to you,\u201d Molly told Lake before Lake was pulled inside to get back to work.<\/p>\n

When Lake accused Molly of \u201cscreaming\u201d at her outside their place of work, Michols went off.<\/p>\n

\u201cListen, you do not come in here and disrespect my staff. If you are going to act like that I will ban you,\u201d Michols yelled at Molly. \u201cDo you understand me? You will get banned. Walk away!\u201d<\/p>\n

Emmy Is Done With Brad and TJ<\/h2>\n

During the season 3 reunion<\/a> in 2025, Emmy Sharrett<\/strong> exposed Bradley \u201cBrad\u201d Carter<\/strong> for lying to Maddi Reese<\/strong> about her ex-boyfriend cheating on her<\/a>. The revelation shifted focus from Emmy and now-fianc\u00e9 Will Kulp<\/strong>\u2019s alleged cheating scandal<\/a> to Maddi and Brad\u2019s issues.<\/p>\n

During the season 4 premiere, Brad and pal TJ Dinch claimed that they overheard Emmy bragging about her performance during the premiere and how she \u201cplayed\u201d the whole cast.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tEmmy Sharrett and Will Kulp have been making headlines \u2014 and defending their relationship \u2014 since becoming reality stars. The couple began dating one year before they made their reality TV debut in November 2022 on Southern Hospitality. At the time, Sharrett was a server at Leva Bonaparte\u2019s Republic Garden & Lounge while Kulp worked [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cShe said, \u2018F*** TJ, f*** Brad, they\u2019re dead to me,\u2019\u201d TJ claimed he heard through a hotel wall.<\/p>\n

Brad admitted, \u201cIt cut so deep that I sent her a text that said, \u2018Lower your f***ing voice. You\u2019re dead to me too bitch.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

When the show picked up filming, Emmy told the cameras that she hadn\u2019t spoken with TJ or Brad since New York. \u201cI definitely miss them but you showed your true colors motherf***er,\u201d she said about her former friends.<\/p>\n

Molly Blames Michols for Getting Fired<\/h2>\n

\u201cI no longer work at Republic because I knew personal stuff about Michols and he used bulls*** reasons to get me fired,\u201d Molly Moore told the cameras, after confirming she was let go from the Charleston bar.<\/p>\n

Molly claimed she \u201cnever\u201d got written up before she was fired.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll of a sudden, she\u2019s going around talking s*** about me, saying I cheated on my ex-boyfriend,\u201d Michols Pe\u00f1a said, claiming that Molly completely changed after she was left go.<\/p>\n

He alleged, \u201cShe got fired because she sucked at her job and somehow I have something to do with it. Girl, I don\u2019t have that much power.\u201d<\/p>\n

Their boss Leva Bonaparte<\/strong><\/a> also weighed in on the drama, saying, \u201cMolly has a full time day job as an event planner. She was switching shifts a lot. Eventually that\u2019s going to combust but there\u2019s no bad blood.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maddi Is Still Mad at Brad and TJ \u2014 And Uses Hotdogs to Get Even<\/h2>\n

Following their fallout at the season 3 reunion in 2025, Maddi Reese told the cameras that she was still upset with Brad Carter and TJ Dinch for lying to her about her exes\u2019 alleged affair.<\/p>\n

She told the cameras during the premiere that she had \u201canxiety\u201d and \u201cguilt\u201d about believing her friends over her ex-boyfriend when Brad made up cheating rumors.<\/p>\n

Brad and TJ, meanwhile, were under the impression that their apologies in New York meant Maddi was cool with them.<\/p>\n

Maddi\u2019s boyfriend, Joe Bradley, told his friends that wasn\u2019t the case. He claimed that Maddi needed another apology to fully squash their beef.<\/p>\n

Things came to a head during TJ\u2019s Sir Wiener\u2019s hot dog event hosted at Republic, where Maddi was working. She bad mouthed the hotdogs and told attendees that they shouldn\u2019t eat the product while wearing the brand\u2019s merchandise.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re happy to support you and your business but I feel like there were a lot of times also where we were around each other and I feel like that was plenty of opportunity to tell me about the things that you did and considered with Brad and Mia [Alario]<\/strong>,\u201d Maddi told TJ, arguing that he should have told her the truth about her ex months ago.<\/p>\n
