Christina Applegate<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about the time she went out with Brad Pitt<\/strong><\/a> and left him behind.<\/p>\n The 54-year-old Married\u2026With Children<\/em> actress got candid in her new memoir You with the Sad Eyes<\/em>, out Tuesday (March 3).<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n In the book, Christina<\/strong> reveals that she was asked to present at the 1989 MTV VMAs when she was 17, and invited the then 26-year-old A-list actor to come along with her crew, including Johnny Depp<\/strong><\/a>, who said she was \u201cin love with for years.\u201d<\/p>\n However, it was actually Skid Row<\/strong> rocker Sebastian Bach<\/strong><\/a> who got her attention that night.<\/p>\n \u201cI had spent all night staring at Bach<\/strong>, who was then a long-haired hunk fronting the band Skid Row<\/strong>,\u201d she writes, via Page Six.<\/a><\/p>\n Sebastian Bach<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI hate to put it like this, but Brad <\/strong>back then was still making his way as an actor, and he wasn\u2019t yet THE Brad Pitt<\/strong>, the man of so many people\u2019s dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd it gets worse: Brad <\/strong>was left to sullenly drive my mom \u2026 home. Apparently, at a gas station on the way, Brad<\/strong> almost got into a fight with a bunch of gang members, and, not surprisingly, was subsequently very mad at me,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Later on, she found out Sebastian<\/strong> was already dating someone and had a kid, while Brad <\/strong>\u201cdidn\u2019t talk\u201d to her \u201cfor many years.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cMuch later \u2026 two of [Pitt<\/strong>\u2019s] movie star girlfriends asked me if it was true that I was the girl who left Brad <\/strong>behind at the MTV Video Music Awards. Brad <\/strong>had apparently told both of them separately that he was still mad at me,\u201d she noted in the book.<\/p>\n \u201cEventually, we agreed that I\u2019d been a kid, and though he deserved much better, it was time to forgive the child who dumped him for the lead singer of Skid Row<\/strong>,\u201d Christina<\/strong> wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cOf course, Brad<\/strong> is now THE Brad Pitt<\/strong>, and Sebastian Bach<\/strong> \u2026 well, he still has long hair, I guess,\u201d she amusingly went on to say.<\/p>\n She also shared an upsetting update amid her battle with MS.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
