\t\t<\/p>\n Cara Delevingne<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her relationship with social media and how she manages it.<\/p>\n The 33-year-old actress and model is also a L\u2019Oreal Paris ambassador and works with the nationwide Women of Worth movement to honor and inspire women. <\/p>\n With International Women\u2019s Day fast approaching on March 8, Cara<\/strong> is teaming up with L\u2019Oreal to discuss the importance of uplifting women\u2019s voices and causes.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Variety<\/a><\/em> shares their conversation with her about mental health, and by extension, social media.<\/p>\n \u201cThat algorithm is not meant for good things,\u201d Cara<\/strong> says. \u201cI haven\u2019t gotten to the point where I\u2019ve deleted Instagram off my phone yet, but I\u2019m constantly working on self-control because I find myself going on there without even realizing I am\u2026It\u2019s terrifying.\u201d<\/p>\n But she does work to create a better feed.<\/p>\n \u201cI do follow a lot of accounts about doing good things and good news,\u201d Cara<\/strong> shares. \u201cThere\u2019s this one account for good news about women. That always makes me happy because I feel like when the pendulum is swinging so far the other way \u2014 women\u2019s rights are getting taken away, people of color or the queer community \u2014 we have to try and push it the other way. If I\u2019m constantly in fear, then I just don\u2019t leave the house, which then nothing is ever going to get done.\u201d<\/p>\n She says she\u2019s really focused on mental health conversations involving marginalized communities, noting that many are \u201claughing and joking around a lot right by now by saying, \u2018Everything\u2019s on fire,\u2019\u201d using dark humor to cope with \u201cthe fact that no one\u2019s feeling great. Mental health is so important right now, being able to do good for yourself so you can do good by other people.\u201d<\/p>\n Cara<\/strong> recently attended the Wuthering Heights<\/strong><\/a><\/em> premiere in a corseted dress to support Margot Robbie<\/strong><\/a>.
