Before Kelly Killoren Bensimon<\/strong><\/a> hit the beach on\u00a0Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy<\/i><\/a>, she prioritized her fitness to look and feel<\/a> her best.<\/p>\n \u201cMy body started to change after menopause<\/a>. I have lost 9 inches from working out and dieting: I started out at 145 [pounds] now I\u2019m 135,\u201d Bensimon, 55, told the\u00a0Daily Mail\u00a0<\/i><\/a>in an interview published on Tuesday, June 13.<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cMy body is in the shape it is because I do so many different sports. I also have a lot of sex because that\u2019s cardio.\u201d<\/p>\n The Bravo star \u2014 who was previously married<\/a> to photographer Gilles Bensimon<\/strong> \u2014 has been linked to a mystery man<\/a> since late last year, whom she told\u00a0Page Six<\/i><\/a>\u00a0is an \u201camazing athlete.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201c[He\u2019s] very, very smart, so I feel really blessed to know him, and I\u2019m really excited to see where it goes with him,\u201d she gushed to the outlet in April 2022. \u201cHe\u2019s very, very talented in sports. I love it.\u201d<\/p>\n Nearly one year earlier, Kelly spoke with\u00a0Us Weekly\u00a0<\/i>about navigating the dating scene<\/a> before meeting her man.<\/p>\n \u201cI am dating and I\u2019m having the best time ever,\u201d she exclusively told\u00a0Us\u00a0<\/i>in December 2021<\/a>. \u201cYou know, it\u2019s the holiday season so it\u2019s time to get under the mistletoe. \u2026 I would describe dating in New York City as really exciting. I mean you have all these apps, you have all these bars, you have all these friends, you have all these different opportunities with work.\u201d<\/p>\n The real estate agent added at the time: \u201cYou know how, like, kids are always in groups? I think that\u2019s the best thing too, like, when you go out with your friends, you\u2019re going to meet people. When you\u2019re by yourself, it\u2019s awkward, but when you\u2019re with a group of friends having a really good time, you know, that really great energy \u2014 people are going to feed off of it. And put your phone in your pocket. I think that\u2019s a really good thing is put your phone in your pocket.
