He is looking forward to when the battery by prisoner case expires and possibly getting another look at bail,\u201d Pandullo said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is positive. He would like to get out and be with his grandkids. That is something he mentions all the time. This is an older man who values family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It remains to be seen if Diddy will have any interest in taking the stand to help a man who spent decades accusing him of murder for hire.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, if he\u2019s subpoenaed, he may not have a choice.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever the case, he\u2019s got a lot of time to think about.<\/p>\n<p>Though acquitted of the more serious charges against him,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/11\/diddy-enters-rehab-hopes-to-knock-time-off-prison-sentence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Diddy is serving four years<\/a> in prison for violation of the anti-prostitution Mann Act.
