Donna Kelce<\/strong><\/a> is clarifying how she slimmed down before The Traitors <\/i>season 4 reunion.<\/p>\n

After the \u201cKelce Brothers\u201d fan account shared a pic of Kelce, 73, from the tell-all special, one Facebook<\/a> user commented that \u201cweight loss drugs worked\u201d on her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did it myself with intermittent fasting,\u201d Kelce replied, debunking the claims.\u00a0 \u201cAbout 30 pounds over a year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Weight-loss medications such as Ozempic and Wegovy are usually prescribed to adults with weight-related conditions to help them slim down. Doctors have often cautioned their patients<\/a> against using semaglutides for casual weight loss.<\/p>\n

Kelce, who has not further detailed her weight-loss journey, recently traveled to Scotland to compete in season 4 of Peacock\u2019s The Traitors <\/i>murder mystery show. She was one of the first players banished at the roundtable despite being named the Secret Traitor.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlaying a Traitor was tough, but I gave it my best shot,\u201d Kelce said after her elimination. \u201cThis has been a dream come true. These are happy tears that I get to do this at this point in my life. It\u2019s just the joy of being in the game.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201c[She] showed everybody what she\u2019s got. It was just so cool to see her in this moment. Shout-out to my guy Ron Funches for sticking by her side and being kind to her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Travis further gushed that it was \u201cjust so fun\u201d watching his mom enjoy herself<\/a> on reality TV.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was just so fun to see her out there, living out her dream, giving the world a beautiful message about being fortunate enough to do these things at her age and where she is in life, and it\u2019s just so cool to see her live in that moment, man,\u201d Travis added. \u201cShe stood her ground at the roundtable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jason, for his part, also thought Donna had \u201cfantastic\u201d game strategies.<\/p>\n

\u201cI thought Mom did a great job, I loved watching her,\u201d the ESPN commentator, 38, said at the time. \u201cShe was way more deceitful and devious than I thought Mom could ever be, which was surprising.\u201d<\/p>\n
