Total transformation!\u00a0Teen Mom<\/em><\/a> stars old and new \u2014 like Jenelle Evans<\/a><\/strong>, Kailyn Lowry<\/a><\/strong>, Amber Portwood<\/strong><\/a> and more \u2014 have<\/span>\u00a0gotten real with fans and opened up about their plastic surgery<\/a> procedures over the years.<\/p>\n From Botox to boob jobs and even butt lifts, these MTV<\/a> stars have altered their appearance after stepping foot into the spotlight and are\u00a0not<\/em> shy about showing it off. While some have kept it simple or denied undergoing the knife altogether, others documented their visit to the doctor on social media.\u00a0Farrah Abraham<\/a><\/b>, for one, uploaded a video<\/a> of her butt injections on TikTok and Instagram in August 2019. But while she was in quarantine in July 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic, the reality star claimed that she was \u201call natural.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Previously, Farrah underwent numerous procedures, including a rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and vaginal rejuvenation. At one point, she even looked into becoming a plastic surgeon herself. \u201cThere are a lot of things I need to do with aesthetics and schooling and job shadowing,\u201d Farah told\u00a0Cosmopolitan<\/em><\/a> during a 2015 interview, revealing that she planned to \u201cgo back [to school] and go for my other degrees.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cLuckily for me, I have many friends and many doctors who I can job-shadow and who I believe in and are top surgeons,\u201d the mom of one revealed at the time. \u201cSo I am very excited to do that and definitely have the support.\u201d<\/p>\n Teen Mom 2<\/em><\/a> alum Jenelle also underwent the knife after her appearance on the reality show, but in April 2019, told fans it had been years since she got anything done. She set the record straight via Instagram Stories and hit back after a critic accused her of getting \u201cchin and lip implants.\u201d<\/a>\u00a0The mom of three replied, telling followers that the last procedure she got was \u201clip injections three years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n Other\u00a0Teen Mom<\/em> stars like Maci Bookout<\/strong><\/a>, Cheyenne Floyd<\/strong><\/a>, Leah Messer<\/strong><\/a> and Briana DeJesus<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0also admitted to enhancing their looks.
